Andrew Morris

Andrew Morris specialises in the interaction of research, policy and practice. As director of the National Educational Research Forum (NERF) in England, he worked with the chair, Sir Michael Peckham, on improving coherence in the way research was produced and used. He was previously a research manager at LSDA, a director at City and Islington College and Deputy Director of Islington Sixth Form Centre. He has managed research programmes, led a research network and edited a research journal. Currently he works with several organizations, including the EPPI Centre, the Institute of Effective Education and LSIS, and plays leading roles in the Learning and Skills Research Network, the Coalition for Evidence Based Education and the EIPPEE European evidence initiative. He is a member of the Advisory Group of the National Foundation for Educational Research.
